With over 600 stores internationally, PUMA had a need to secure brand consistency across its retail network. In addition, the need to streamline and increase efficiencies relating to in-store goods was high on their agenda.
For over 5 years, Brandon and PUMA have worked together to develop a retail support solution to globally support their retailers. A challenge was presented by the need for budget owners to be able to maintain control over spending by their retailers, so Brandon developed a solution to allow for a streamlined, user friendly, online approval process of ordering.
The PUMA order tool, developed by Brandon, has taken the pain away for all levels within the organization. In addition, PUMA has increased global logistic efficiencies and decreased item cost by consolidating this business.
As a creative partner, Brandon collaborates with PUMA to develop in-store materials to seasonal and major launch campaigns.
